Casting of polyurethane parts is done with Synthene® and Rampf® system. Wide range of hardness 40-90 Shore A to 30-80 Shore D. Casting of parts is appropriate where low product prices and a higher number of pieces are required. Casting is done into silicone, metal or aluminium moulds.

Welding with hot welding PE, PVC, PP boards. Production of shaped elements, trays and containers. The advantages are resistance to different types of chemicals and low weight.
